Coordinated and deployed targeted ecosystem programs that directly increased on-chain activity and token circulation for NULS. Actions included designing and administering grant programs for third-party module developers, running hackathons and accelerators that produced production-ready modules, and negotiating integration pilots with wallet providers. These concrete initiatives led to an increased number of token-related smart modules and more wallets supporting NULS transfers and staking, which in turn raised transactional throughput and utility. Xiaohu's ecosystem management approach for NULS drew on practices from enterprise software ecosystems, treating the protocol as a platform to be grown through third-party developer enablement rather than direct product development. By funding and structuring programs that reduced developer barriers — through grants, tooling, and education — he contributed to the expansion of the network's functional surface area.
